You can try to clean the food outlet. It may cause false alarms from the infrared detectors where pet food blocks the outlet.
3. How to know if the battery still has electricity?
The red light next to the speaker will flash, and the battery needs to be replaced.
4. How to clean?
In addition to the base, the bowl base, stainless steel bowl and grain storage container can be disassembled and cleaned directly. The fan blades and the grain storage container are fixed by screws and can also be disassembled and washed separately. The internal electronic components of the base cannot be washed, only can be wiped with a wet towel and dried naturally.
5. How to set the NO. of meals and servings, do you need to set it every day?
6 meals, each meal can be up to 20 servings, but it should be determined according to the pet's intake; with the memory function, there will be a record once set, no need to set it every day.
